Hello, my name is Ramon Juanso and thank you for choosing Blue Grass Motorsport a 4 time Premier Porsche Dealer. I have been in the automobile industry since May of 1984 and attended school at University of Kentucky in Telecommunications. My last opportunity was with Porsche of Lexington where I was a sales consultant and the pre-owned manager and was with them for 3 years. Porsche of Lexington was closed down by the Porsche Manufactory on December 1st due to the market share. I have also worked for Paul Miler Ford- Mazda for over total years of 17. There I sold cars, was a Business Manager, Mazda Sales Manager and the Ford Manager during that period. I also have an experience with Lexus for 3 years as well. My hobbies are Chess, Strategy games as well as action movies.
My goal here at Blue Grass Motorsport is to answer all of your questions to your satisfaction, exceed your expectations, and deliver an unmatched buying experience for you and your family.

I am first and foremost an exotic car fanatic. I think it is of utmost importance to have a passion for the industry to be successful.
The art of working within an environment that fuels you daily is the next step. Beyond that, building strong relationships that have longevity based on integrity would complete the trifecta.
I have been around fast cars most of my adult life. I remember the true turning point when I was much younger, in 1976 to be exact, when I first laid eyes on a 930 Turbo in South Africa. That car completely captured my imagination and I have never recovered from that experience.
My clients have the same passion and share similar experience. Somewhere in their lives they came across a car that was so compelling, they simply had to have it......this is the only criteria....and it makes for meeting fascinating people from all walks of life.

I was born and raised in Louisville. I attended Presentation Academy in high school then graduated from the University of Kentucky with a BA in English. I’ve appeared in commercials for the Louisville Redbirds and the Louisville Bats baseball. I volunteer for the Louisville Ballet and Louisville Ballet School. I am proud to be an integral part of the Blue Grass Motorsport team!

After 10 years in the menswear business, Randy made the switch to the retail car industry in 1987 with Blue Grass Motorsport. 20 years with the same company is unusual in any business, but especially so in car dealerships. That so many of us have been together as a team for so many years speaks well of the dealership and ensures our customers will receive expert service from familiar faces. Randy is also very proud of the many awards and achievements of our Blue Grass team, capped by the Porsche Premier Dealer award for 2007 and again for 2008.

Born and raised in Louisville, Ky. John worked with his families Business, Jack Dayton & Son, a commercial golf course and large turf area equipment company. After the sell of his Dad's business, John joined Don Corlett Porsche / Audi in 1978. Don sold his Dealership in 1993, to Blue Grass Automotive, where John is to present. His other interests are golf and swimming, swimming mostly for exercise at neighboring Baptist East-Milestone Health Club. It has been an exciting 30 year experience, including many hands on race track events, and meeting many interesting people. John is looking forward to establishing even more long term clients to join his Blue Grass Family of well satisfied Porsche owners.

I have been a long time employee of Blue Grass Motorsport as well as a long time Porsche enthusiast. The octane started running through my veins at an early age while spending quite a bit of time at my father’s body shop during the week and the race track on weekends. After leading the St. Xavier football team to a state title in 1997, I became an employee of Blue Grass Automotive in 1998. I started in the car business from the ground up, detailing cars part time and through talent and passion worked my way onto the sales floor selling Mazdas, Saabs, and Audis. Eventually I worked my way up to selling my car of choice, Porsche. Customers appreciate my softspoken, earnest approach to business as well as my passion for the Porsche brand. When I am not working, most of my spare time is spent playing drums in two local bands on the weekends.
